I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard in Taipei. The hotel staff, especially Stacy at the front desk, were professional and kind. Stacy helped me with my reservation and even assisted me in registering for a Marriott membership. The room, although not exactly what I expected, had a great view and was comfortable. The staff in general were passionate and helpful, making me feel at home with their warm greetings whenever I came and went. Cecilia at the front desk particularly stood out with her excellent service upon check-in. Despite the room not being ready, she helped us with our luggage and provided seats for my parents to rest. She even reminded us to bring an umbrella due to the unsettled weather. These small gestures were very thoughtful.

The bathroom was amazing! It had a fancy electronic bidet, complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer. It made me feel like a superstar getting ready each day. And the room itself was cozy, with an electric kettle and air conditioning. I even got to wear a fluffy bathrobe!

I personally didn't love the electronic bidet in the bathroom. But hey, that's just me.

The hotel was fairly clean with very very helpful staff who took care of my reservation. My room was well-maintained and spotless, had feather pillows. Nice views were a bonus!

The bathrooms were amazing! They had toilets with electronic bidets, which was such a fancy touch. They even provided complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. It made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable. As a family with children, it was a real bonus!

Personally, I found the electric kettle in the double room a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just my opinion and others might still find it useful.

Convenient location, close to 7 eleven and eateries. Stylish decor, rooms feel newly renovated. Impeccably clean. Helpful and attentive staff. Delicious breakfast.

the hotel was clean with excellent breakfast selections. a nice size and brand-new rooms with down pillows and great views. all in all convenient setting not far from different areas of taipei such as dazhi, xinyi, and shilin as well as the correct destinations. also, in all restaurants in general.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a minibar, satellite TV and climate control in the room. Location right by metro;)))

We loved our stay here! The staff were so friendly and helpful, always greeting us warmly and making us feel at home. The front-desk service, especially Cecilia, was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help us settle in and even gave us great advice on the weather. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, with amazing views of the city.

During my recent stay at Courtyard, I was impressed by the beautiful and clean hotel. The unobstructed views were simply breathtaking. The room itself was comfortable, with a comfy bed and excellent pillows. Plus, the cleaning services were top-notch.

I did experience a slight inconvenience with the sound insulation in the room. I could hear people chatting next to my door, which was a bit bothersome.

The hotel was conveniently located nearby several shopping outlets, restaurants, and popular destinations. The room was spacious and comfortable, with clean and modern decor, while the bathroom was well-equipped with hot water and good lighting. The breakfast buffet was a great addition, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There was a lack of weight lifting equipment in the gym, which could be a turn-off for those looking for a more specialized workout.

I stayed at this hotel and loved the convenient location; it is close to many areas of the city. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds, good lighting, and hot water in the shower. The buffet breakfast had a good selection, and the staff was well trained.

The noise from other rooms and the street is unbearable. The room was smaller than expected, and there was no bathtub.

The Executive Lounge provided me with a delightful afternoon. While sipping on complimentary beverages, I marveled at the stunning Taipei skyline from the Drift Lounge Bar. The large windows in the MJ Kitchen filled the dining space with natural light, creating a cheerful atmosphere. The hotel seamlessly combined modern technology with eastern and western art, giving it a unique charm.

The gym lacked weight training equipment and the pillows were not the most comfortable. It would have been better if there was a changing room for guests who have checked out but still need to freshen up.
